This community oriented-family event will be held on Saturday – April 25th, 2019 between 10am and 2pm. If your organization will be able to join us for this event, please complete the attached registration form. Upon completion, kindly fax or mail your response to the fax number or address listed on the registration form.

If your organization could help offset the cost of this event by donating $25.00, it will be most appreciated. Some of our needs are food, water, and snacks. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. If you are a non-profit organization, the registration fee will be waived but you must bring a gift basket or gift card for the raffle to be held during the event.
